Stockwell in south London is sometimes called Little Portugal. This story is about some of the Portuguese I met on a tiny stretch on a narrow street in the neighbourhood, how they have adapted to life in London, the traditions they have kept, and last but not least – football.
I have worked as a journalist for 15 years in Sweden, the last 9 at a major news agency in Stockholm, before moving to London to attend the MA Photojournalism course at University of Westminster.
