Ageing affects everyone. My project aims to portray the elderly, and to attract attention to the aged in a society that places so much emphasis on
youth.

It is not simply the physical health of the elderly that demands attention, but also their need to communicate and all they have to offer, since the elderly are a treasure trove of knowledge and experience. I am also interested in their reactions and feelings towards the fact that they
might no longer be 'powerful', whether physically or socially.
